Prior
to launching McConville, Inc., Clete and Mark, brothers and life-long residents
of Northern California, worked a quarter of a century each in the construction
and engineering industries, honing their knowledge, building valuable
relationships and fine-tuning their craft. Mark began his career as an
apprentice in the carpenters' union, later providing professional support to a
well-known Santa Cruz engineering firm. During this time, he experimented with
several construction methods and markets. Simultaneously, Clete launched and
developed a successful general engineering company. The two frequently
collaborated on larger residential development projects.
Together, Clete and Mark are well versed in all aspects of general contracting, engineering, site planning and development, fast-track tenant improvements, mid-range commercial ground-ups and custom home development. With their tight-knit, family bond, the McConvilles provide unprecedented synergy and collaboration.
